Clementines (Tuesdays)

Description

Oh our darling, Clementines! Classic currants, rich organic dairy and fresh zingy citrus all rolled up into a sweet little bun. Made with 100% sourdough and slow fermentation these are a sweet treat that won’t weigh your gut down. They also feature our own homemade candied peel made with seasonal citrus.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sourdough culture, milk, butter, sugar, currants, mixed peel, lemon zest, egg, salt, cinnamon.

All our products are produced in a small bakery on shared equipment and thus may contain:

How to store your bread Our bread contains no preservatives and is best stored in a clean cloth bread bag in a cool place, and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
