Description

Our Khor Blimey loaf mixes two ancient grains with special results: Khorasan & Spelt! These two wheat-ancestors are often better tolerated by those with sensitivity to gluten. So they’re great for giving your gut a break from wheat, while still enjoying the perks of gluten.

This loaf is a little bit fancy! But also wholesome and nourishing with a fantastic depth of flavour. One of our favourites.

Ingredients: Khorasan flour*, water, spelt flour*, sourdough culture, salt.

How to store your bread Our bread contains no preservatives and is best stored in a clean cloth bread bag in a cool place, and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
