Description

30% whole rye flour meets organic caraway seeds for a match made in Valhalla! Rye is a dense, flavourful flour from Northern Europe with excellent keeping qualities. This loaf is perfect for dunking in Borscht, slapping up a Smørrebrød or is just lovely with a delicate topping of butter and honey.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, whole rye flour, water, sourdough culture, salt, caraway seeds.
